Make filming the easy part
Find where the friction is in your own workflow and make that part easier first. Why I stopped spreading one video across a week.
Every creator has one part of the process that drags. For some people it's editing. For me it's filming, because that's the part where I have to be on.
Once I'm in post-production, I'm already in my pajamas, we can do whatever. But when I'm filming it, you have to be on.

Find your friction
Whichever part of the process it is for you, that's the one to make as easy as possible first. If filming is hard, make the setup something you can walk up to and start. If editing is hard, film in a way that leaves you less to fix.
Don't spread one video across a week
When I started Behind the Build, I tried setting an alarm each day for a 15-minute check-in, building one episode across the week. It had so many steps and so much switching between tasks that the episode didn't get made.
It's not failing, it's just an iteration.

What I learned is that if I don't film, edit and finish a video in one day, it probably isn't going to happen. So now I plan for one focused day per video, and that's the version that gets made.
